Job summary

Hudson AU is seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join its procurement team on an initial six‑month temporary assignment, with potential extension. The role focuses on front-end sourcing, sourcing events and stakeholder engagement across the business.

You will partner with stakeholders, deliver sourcing activities, provide practical procurement guidance and support end-to-end procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience across sourcing and procurement.
• End-to-end sourcing experience across multiple categories.
• Experience supporting or managing sourcing events.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capability.
• Ability to provide practical procurement advice and guidance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in complex operating environments advantageous.
• Ability to commence within 2–4 weeks.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience across sourcing and procurement.
• End‑to‑end sourcing and procurement experience, ideally across a range of categories.
• Experience supporting or managing sourcing events.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capability.
• Ability to provide practical procurement advice and guidance.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work across a diverse range of requirements and stakeholders.
• Experience within utilities, infrastructure, resources or another complex operating environment would be advantageous.
• Ability to commence within 2–4 weeks.
