Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree / Diploma or Equivalent Experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor software release cycles and deployment progress.

The Role As an IT Operations Analyst, you will serve as the operational backbone of our technical deployment and systems health. You will act as the vital bridge between software development teams, infrastructure environments, and business end-users. This is an autonomous role perfect for an analytical problemsolver who excels at managing identity and access controls, coordinating application releases, running environment checks, and keeping technical workflows operating seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Software & Operational Oversight: Monitor software development release cycles, tracking functional readiness, bug fixes, and deployment progress.
• User Provisioning & Access Administration: Manage user accounts, role-based access control (RBAC), and platform credentials across development and operational environments following established security guidelines.
• Testing & Defect Reporting: Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), exploratory testing, and operational regression checks, accurately logging defects and proposing system workflow improvements.
• Incident Escalation & Triage: Act as the Level 2 triage point for technical issues, managing operational escalations and delegating bug resolution items to development teams.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create, update, and enforce operational guidelines, deployment checklists, and system support documentation.
