Qualifications

• Currently studying, or have an offer to study, a university degree in 2027 in a computer-related discipline.

• Ability to follow instructions and established processes.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 1 technical service desk requests.
• Configure computers and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 and manage user accounts.
• Assist with cyber security controls and network testing.
• Support ICT project rollouts and follow security procedures.
