Job summary

RASAK PTY LTD in Sydney seeks an experienced ICT Business Analyst to analyse requirements, improve processes and assist with technology solutions across the organisation. The role is full-time with 38 hours per week and a salary of AUD 85,000 per annum plus superannuation.

You will work with management and stakeholders to identify requirements, document functional specs, and coordinate with developers through system development and implementation, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in IT/IS or related discipline.
• Experience in ICT business analysis or closely related role.
• Strong requirements gathering and process-analysis skills.
• Understanding of system development, integration and implementation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with management and stakeholders to identify and analyse business requirements.
• Analyse existing business processes, systems and workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document and evaluate functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications and process documentation.
• Develop business process models, workflows, functional specifications and system requirements.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend appropriate ICT solutions.
• Assist with the implementation, integration and improvement of business information systems.
• Coordinate with developers, technology providers and business stakeholders throughout system development and implementation.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing and implementation reviews.
• Investigate system issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare technical and business documentation, procedures and user requirements.
• Evaluate proposed ICT solutions against operational and strategic business requirements.
• Assist with integration between CRM, accounting, communications, web and other business platforms.
• Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations regarding business systems and digital processes.
