Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative to grow our Out of Home footprint in Northern Beaches, North Sydney and Central Coast. You will attract new business and deepen relationships with existing customers to improve distribution and ROI.

This role rewards a proactive, autonomous seller who thrives in a fast-moving environment, embraces our collaborative culture, and uses CRM data to deliver insight and drive sustained turnover.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales and territory management in a consumer goods context.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly targets and grow the Out of Home customer base.
• Develop profitable relationships and expand current customer base.
• Identify and visit new business leads and maintain CRM pipeline.
• Maximise ROI of agreements and partner with distributors.
• Ensure data is maintained in CRM and support NPD/ Core Range targets.
• Deliver perfect store merchandising to drive impulse purchases.
