Job summary

ALOIS Australia is seeking an IAM Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IAM initiatives in Sydney. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, governance, and delivery milestones.

Required 8–12+ years in IT project/program management with significant enterprise IAM experience, SailPoint familiarity, and strong risk and vendor management skills. This contractual role emphasizes collaboration with IAM engineering, business units, and technology partners to

• 8–12+ years in IT project/program management.
• Extensive enterprise IAM implementation or transformation experience.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and Privilege Access Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects from initiation through to implementation and transition to BAU.
• Develop project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, RAID logs and delivery governance.
• Manage multiple IAM workstreams and coordinate technical and business teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.
• Identify delivery risks, issues and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
• Establish appropriate project governance, reporting and steering committee processes.
• Excellent knowledge of IAM concepts, SailPoint (preferably), Privilege Access Management.
• Act as the primary delivery interface between IAM engineering teams and business, network, technology teams.
• Manage relationship with technology vendors, implementation partners and managed service providers.
• 8-12+ years of experience in IT Project/program management, with significant IAM experience.
