Job summary

XPT Software is seeking an experienced IAM Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end IAM projects, from initiation to business-as-usual transition. You will develop robust plans, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality targets.

The role requires deep IAM knowledge, hands-on experience with SailPoint, and strong stakeholder management to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of IAM concepts and governance required.
• Experience with enterprise IAM implementations or transformations.
• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects from initiation through implementation and transition to BAU.
• Develop project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, RAID logs and delivery governance.
• Manage multiple IAM workstreams and coordinate technical and business teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.
• Identify delivery risks, issues and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
• Establish governance, reporting and steering committee processes.
• Act as the primary delivery interface between IAM engineering and business/technology teams.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners and MSPs.
• 8-12+ years of experience in IT project/program management with enterprise IAM experience.

• Excellent knowledge of IAM concepts, SailPoint (preferably), Privilege Access Management
  
• Act as the primary delivery interface between IAM engineering teams and business, network, technology teams.
  
• Manage relationship with technology vendors, implementation partners and managed service providers.
  
• 8-12+ yers of experience in IT Project/program management, with significant experience managing enterprise IAM implementation or transformation programs.
