Job summary

XPT Software Australia is seeking an experienced IT Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end IAM initiatives in Sydney. You will drive delivery from initiation to BAU, coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring alignment with business objectives and security requirements.

The role requires deep IAM knowledge, proven governance skills, and a track record of managing complex enterprise IAM programs. You will interact with IAM engineering, business units, and external partners to ensure

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience.
• Significant experience delivering enterprise IAM implementations or transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge of IAM concepts and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects from initiation through implementation and transition to BAU.
• Develop project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, RAID logs and delivery governance.
• Manage multiple IAM workstreams and coordinate technical and business teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.
• Identify delivery risks, issues and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
• Establish appropriate project governance, reporting and steering committee processes.
• Act as the primary delivery interface between IAM engineering teams and business, network, technology teams.
• Manage relationship with technology vendors, implementation partners and managed service providers.
• 8-12+ years of IT Project/Program management experience with enterprise IAM implementations or transformations.
