Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience managing large, complex customer programmes.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgement.
• Experience engaging with executive level customers.
• Strong understanding of data centre delivery and related operations.
• Commercial awareness including milestone-based billing and change control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with concise executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-site deployments across regions.
• Own integrated programme schedule with milestones for design, construction, commissioning and service readiness.
• Translate contractual commitments into baselined delivery plans and track dependencies.
• Manage change orders and revenue-related milestones to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Serve as primary interface with customers, providing executive-level relationship management.
• Coordinate governance rhythms: weekly delivery calls, monthly reviews, and risk/issue reporting.
• Mentor junior PMs and drive continuous improvement across delivery templates and processes.
