Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Senior Hyperscale Customer Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of large, complex xScale deployments for cloud and AI customers across multiple sites and regions.

You will serve as the single point of accountability from contract handover through commissioning, invoicing and close-out, engaging at executive levels with customers and internal leadership to shape delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing large, complex customer programmes.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver end-to-end outcomes.
• Experience engaging at executive level with enterprise or hyperscale customers.
• Strong understanding of data centre delivery, power, cooling, and commissioning.
• Commercial awareness including change control, contracts, and milestones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and executive reporting.
• Highly organized with the ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-site hyperscale deployments.
• Own integrated schedules, plans and milestones across regions.
• Translate contracts into clear delivery plans and baselines.
• Track critical path, resources, permits and long-lead equipment.
• Run governance, provide executive reporting and risk management.
• Mentor junior programme managers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
