Job summary

IKG Talent seeks a Delivery Project Manager to lead a major data centre development from concept through handover. You will guide end-to-end delivery, coordinating with project directors, consultants, and contractors to meet schedules and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a strong track record in complex infrastructure, proficiency with project management tools, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in project delivery within the construction or data centre sectors.
• Proven background working with or managing general contractors, particularly on structure and fit-out phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle alongside the Project Director, including planning, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Drive successful construction delivery while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and integration.
• Monitor program schedules, budget performance, and critical milestones, proactively managing risk and delays.
• Ensure continued compliance with all relevant authority approvals, development conditions, and statutory requirements.
