Job summary

Hype DC Pty Ltd in Shellharbour, NSW is hiring seasonal Christmas Sales Assistants to bring energy, great customer service, and a can-do attitude during peak retail period. You’ll help customers choose sneakers, unpack stock, and pack online orders while working in a fast-paced, fun team.

Ideal candidates love sneakers and streetwear, with a willingness to learn and adapt. Availability across October 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day is

About the Role

Step into the season in style with Hype DC at our Shellharbour store! As Christmas Sales Assistants, you'll bring energy, good vibes, and a can-do attitude to our busiest (and most fun) time of year.

From helping customers find their perfect kicks to unpacking stock or packing online orders, every shift brings something new. If you love sneakers, fast-paced days, and great people, you’ll fit right in.

What We're Looking For

• Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
• Retail experience is great, but not a must
• Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
• Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
