Job summary

Hype DC Central Parl is seeking a premium and experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performance team and execute the brand vision. You will focus on delivering memorable customer experiences, achieving operational excellence, and driving sales targets in a busy Sydney store.

As a key retail leader, you will manage rosters, coach a large team of brand ambassadors, and collaborate with Area/State Managers to accelerate personal career growth within a dynamic, fashion-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in premium, fast-paced retail with proven sales KPI performance.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to manage rosters and cost metrics.
• On-floor 80% of the week with a customer-centric focus.
• Strategic thinker with growth mindset.

Responsibilities

What you will work on

We are looking for a premium and experienced business leader to join our retail team at Hype DC Central Parl location!

As theStore Manageryou will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers and achieving operational excellence.

Who you will work with

As a business leader,you work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager and in store team to deliver a people first culture, maximise sales growth in your business all whilst accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.

What you will work on

Who we are looking for

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI’s targets

• Experience in effectively managing rosters, achieving cost efficiency metrics
