Job summary

Hype DC in Sydney is seeking a Senior Assistant Store Manager to lead one of our elevated stores and drive performance across sales, people and operations.

You will work with the Store Manager and Area Manager, coach the team, manage rosters and onboarding, and deliver memorable customer experiences while upholding Accent Group's values.

This role offers a clear career pathway to Store Manager and exposure to premium sneaker brands in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

We’re now looking for a Senior Assistant Store Manager who’s ready to level up, lead from the front, and help run one of our high-energy stores alongside the Store Manager

The Role

Help lead one of our most elevated and iconic stores in Hype DC and accelerate your Retail career with exposure to product, sales and leadership development opportunities!

As a Senior Assistant Store Manager you’ll help lead the team, drive results, work alongside the store manager and area manager and make sure every customer walks out hyped.

You’ll be hands-on, people-focused, and always pushing the store (and yourself) to the next level.

• Retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / Senior Supervisor level)

• A customer-first mindset with a proven ability to hit targets
• Confident communicator with natural leadership energy
• Organised, proactive and ready to make things happen
