Job summary

Hype DC Central Park, part of Accent Group, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a premium retail store and deliver brand vision with a high-performance culture. You will drive sales growth, coach a large team, and focus on customer experiences daily.

On-site leadership, roster management, and omni-channel execution will be key, with opportunities for career development and benefits through Accent Group.

Job description

As the Store Manager at Hype DC Central Park location, you will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers and achieving operational excellence. You will work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager and in store team to deliver a people first culture, maximise sales growth in your business all whilst accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.

Key responsibilities

• Create a people first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent within your team
• Run a multimillion dollar store and drive financial sales goals and metrics
• Deliver on the brand vision and strategy
• Be on the floor 80% of your week to ensure that customers are at the core of everyday business decisions and provide memorable experiences
• Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results
• Recruitment, selection and onboarding of all new team within your store
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience to consumers in-store
• Ensure your store shows up as best in class through Visual Merchandising excellence
• Ensure stores are a fun and safe place for customers and team
• Manage rosters and achieve cost efficiency metrics

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI targets
