Job summary

Hype DC, Accent Group's premium sneaker retailer, is seeking a Store Manager for our Hurstville flagship. You will lead a high‑performance team, deliver brand vision, drive sales, and ensure exceptional in‑store experiences.

On the floor 80% of the week, you’ll coach staff, manage rosters, and collaborate with Area and State Managers to exceed KPI targets while nurturing a people‑first culture and memorable customer moments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a premium, fast‑paced retail environment.
• Proven track record in driving sales and KPI targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching and roster management abilities.

• Deliver a seamless omni‑channel experience and maintain best‑in‑class Visual Merchandising.

What You Will Work On

We are looking for a premium and experienced business leader to join our retail team at Hype DC Hurstville location! As the Store Manager you will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers and achieving operational excellence.

As a business leader, you work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager and in store team to deliver a people first culture, maximise sales growth in your business all whilst accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.

Who We Are Looking For

• A team player who strives for excellence across Sales, Operations and team development
• Experience and passion for delivering best in class experiences
• A coach who can motivate, inspire, and level up a large team of brand ambassadors
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI’s targets
• A leader with a motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude
• Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for future growth
• Experience in effectively managing rosters, achieving cost efficiency metrics
