Job summary

Element Queensland – Landscape Division in Caboolture/Sunshine Coast is seeking a reliable Water Truck Operator / Landscape All-Rounder to join our Parks & Gardens team. This role involves hands-on soft landscaping in addition to truck and machine operation.

You will assist with planting, mulching, garden establishment, watering fresh landscapes, and support tree maintenance. HR licence and water truck experience are essential, with safety and teamwork as core values.

Qualifications

• HR licence minimum.
• Experience operating water trucks.
• Standpipe tickets.
• Landscape, civil or parks maintenance experience advantageous.
• White Card.
• Traffic Control tickets desirable but not essential.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.
• Bobcat & excavator experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Hands on landscaping, including planting, mulching and garden establishment.
• Support tree maintenance and general landscaping tasks.
• Operate a water truck for park and landscape works.
• Water newly installed landscapes and turf areas.
• Truck driving and machine operations.
• Work within road medians, parks and public spaces.

Element Queensland is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, motivated Water Truck Operator / Landscape All-Rounder (soft landscaping) to join our Parks & Gardens team.

This is not solely a driving role. We are seeking someone who is willing to step out of the truck and actively contribute to hands-on soft landscaping and general site support duties when and if required.

Landscape Water Truck Operator / Soft Landscaping

The Role Includes:

• Hands on landscaping, including but not limited to
• Assisting with planting, mulching, and garden establishment
• Supporting tree maintenance and general landscaping tasks
• Operating a water truck for park and landscape works
• Watering newly installed landscapes and turf areas
• Truck driving and Machine operations
• Working within road medians, parks, and public spaces
• Adhering to all safety procedures and company standards

What We’re Looking For:

• HR licence minimum
• Experience operating water trucks
