ENZED Geelong is seeking a Hydraulic Hose Technician for a full-time, on-site role based in North Geelong, VIC. You will assemble, install and replace hydraulic hoses and fittings on mobile and heavy equipment, perform diagnostic checks, and carry out maintenance to restore equipment functionality.

• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose faults in hydraulic systems and related components.
• Hands‑on experience with hydraulic hoses, fittings, and fluid power principles.
• Practical background with heavy equipment such as construction, agricultural, industrial, or transport machinery.
• Experience in maintenance and repair activities, including preventive servicing and breakdown repairs.
• Knowledge of mobile hydraulics and field service operations in on-site environments.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Commitment to workplace safety and OH&S requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for on-site service work.

Role Description

Qualifications

• Practical background with heavy equipment, such as construction, agricultural, industrial, or transport machinery.
• Experience in maintenance & repair activities, including preventive servicing and breakdown repairs.
• Knowledge of mobile hydraulics and field service operations in on-site environments.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Commitment to workplace safety, including safe handling of equipment and adherence to OH&S requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for on-site service work as required.
• Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in hydraulic service or a related trade is desirable; relevant trade qualification or certificate is an advantage.
