Job summary

Bosch Rexroth Hägglunds division in Malaga, WA, is seeking a skilled Workshop Service Technician. The role involves overhaul, inspection, repair and testing of Hägglunds hydraulic drive systems and related components, with close collaboration to Engineering and External Service teams to ensure reliable aftermarket support.

You will plan service activities, document findings, and maintain workshop standards while contributing to cost efficiency and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Hydraulics, or similar is required.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills are essential.
Good communication and teamwork are important for collaborative work.
Experience with hydraulic drive systems and components is preferred.

Responsibilities

Overhaul and test hydraulic drive systems and components, ensuring quality and delivery targets.
Perform fault-finding and prepare detailed service reports and documentation.
Plan and prepare service activities, including parts and tooling.
Maintain workshop equipment, tools, and calibrated test assets while following HSE procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement and share knowledge with the Engineering team.
Provide support to External Service Department, including off-site assistance when needed.
