Westpac is hiring an Employee Care Consultant to deliver early intervention, assessment and case management for staff navigating health or injury challenges. The role focuses on tailored guidance, workplace adjustments and safe, sustainable return-to-work plans, in collaboration with leaders, healthcare partners and specialist teams.

You will identify wellbeing trends, support prevention strategies and contribute to a healthy, inclusive workplace while handling sensitive cases with discretion.

Formación

• Relevant tertiary qualification in allied health.
• Experience across injury management, workplace wellbeing, workers compensation and return-to-work planning.
• Experience supporting mental health matters and workplace risks.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide early intervention, assessment and case management for employees navigating health or injury.
• Offer tailored advice, resources and workplace adjustments to support return-to-work and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with People Leaders, healthcare providers and specialist teams to coordinate care.
• Conduct ergonomic and hazard assessments and implement appropriate controls.
• Maintain accurate case records in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.
