Job summary

Project Pathway Recruitment partners with a leading wealth and investment organisation to modernise adviser and client experiences. The Business Analyst will gather requirements, map current and future processes, and work with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions within the wealth domain.

You'll engage across digital uplift, regulatory change, and payments workflows, ensuring solutions meet technical and compliance standards while enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst within wealth management or financial services.
• Ability to map current and future state processes.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Map wealth, payments, and operational workflows to identify gaps and improvements.
• Document user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align with architecture and compliance.
• Support testing, defect triage, and user acceptance testing.
• Contribute to change impact assessments and training materials.
• Assist uplift initiatives across data, reporting, and adviser/client experience.
