Job summary

Suntory Oceania is seeking a Vendor Replenishment Planner to ensure products are available where customers need them. You’ll link customer demand with supply execution, collaborating with a key grocery customer, sales, demand planners, and partners to optimise inventory and forecast accuracy.

This highly collaborative role values relationship-building, influencing skills, and strong analytical thinking to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Replenishment, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, or Customer Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
• Confidence working with large data sets and planning systems.
• Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods environments is highly regarded.
• Advanced Excel and planning system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, inventory, and forecast data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and stock performance.
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues before they impact customers.
• Drive continuous improvement across replenishment and planning processes.
• Monitor service levels, inventory health, and KPIs.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience through world-class execution.
