Job summary

Suntory Oceania is seeking a Vendor Replenishment Planner to ensure products are available for key grocery customers. You will link customer demand with supply execution, collaborating with sales teams, demand planners, and supply chain partners to optimise inventory and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Replenishment, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, or Customer Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
• Confidence working with large data sets and planning systems.
• Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods environments is highly regarded.
• Advanced Excel and planning system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, inventory, and forecast data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and stock performance.
• Proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues before they impact customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across replenishment and supply planning processes.
• Monitor service levels, inventory health, and key performance indicators.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
