Job summary

Suntory Oceania is seeking a Vendor Replenishment Planner to ensure product availability across Australia and New Zealand. You will link customer demand with supply execution, working with grocery customers, sales teams, demand planners and supply chain partners.

You will analyze data, improve forecast accuracy, manage stock health, monitor service levels, and drive continuous improvement in replenishment processes. Hybrid work model with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Replenishment, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, or Customer Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
• Confidence working with large data sets and planning systems.
• Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Experience working within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods environments is highly regarded.
• Advanced Excel and planning system experience preferred.

About your role

As our Vendor Replenishment Planner, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products are available when and where our customers need them. Acting as the key link between customer demand and supply execution, you'll collaborate closely with a key grocery customer, sales teams, demand planners, and supply chain partners to optimise inventory, improve forecast accuracy, and drive service excellence.

This is a highly collaborative role where relationship building, influencing skills, and analytical thinking are equally important.
