Job summary

Suntory Oceania is seeking a Vendor Replenishment Planner to link customer demand with supply execution. You will collaborate with a key grocery customer, sales teams, demand planners, and supply chain partners to optimise inventory and forecast accuracy, driving service excellence.

You will analyse data, monitor stock health, and lead process improvements while building strong cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced, FMCG environment. Flexible/hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Replenishment, or Demand Planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Comfort with large data sets and planning systems.
• Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing/retail is highly regarded.
• Advanced Excel and planning system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, inventory, and forecast data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and stock performance.
• Proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues before they impact customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across replenishment and supply planning processes.
• Monitor service levels, inventory health, and key performance indicators.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience through world-class supply chain execution.
