• 7+ years transfer pricing experience in a top-tier accounting firm, corporate, tax consulting, or legal environment.
• Ability to synthesise complex information and data sources to deliver clear, well-informed recommendations.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills with a focus on client service and building inclusive, high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Support transfer pricing reviews, audits, and negotiations with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), including APAs and MAP applications.
• Develop and implement global transfer pricing policies for multinational financial services clients and model cross-border outcomes.
• Lead multiple engagements, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and mentoring a diverse team.
