EY in Sydney is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to support clients with compliance, TP model design, and navigating tax authority disputes, including APAs and MAPs. The role is hybrid and may allow flexible hours.

You will lead engagements, mentor a diverse team, and contribute to cross-border TP policy development for financial services clients, leveraging your economic and legal insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in transfer pricing within a top firm, corporate, or advisory environment.
• Strong drafting skills and ability to translate facts into TP guidance.
• Ability to lead engagements and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Support TP reviews, audits, and negotiations with tax authorities (ATO) including APAs and MAPs.
• Develop and implement global TP policies for multinational financial services clients.
• Lead multiple engagements, ensure timely delivery and budget alignment, mentor diverse team.
