EY Sydney is seeking a Senior Manager to support clients in managing transfer pricing obligations, model cross-border arrangements, and navigate tax authority views and disputes. Hybrid role based in Sydney with potential flexible hours. Experience in banking, capital markets, wealth, insurance, or private equity is valued.

You will lead engagements, develop TP policies, and mentor a diverse team while delivering data-driven insights for Australian tax perspectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years transfer pricing experience in top-tier firms, corporate, or consulting.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Proven leadership and collaboration to deliver client service and diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Support reviews and negotiations with the Australian Taxation Office, including APAs and MAPs.
• Develop and implement global transfer pricing policies for multinational financial services clients.
• Lead multiple engagements with budget discipline and provide compliance documentation and insights.
