Job summary

Westpac is seeking an ATRM associate to support Global Transaction Services clients by enabling bid management, deal flow and sales activity under Senior Sales Managers. The role focuses on coordination, governance, pricing, risk, documentation and approvals across portfolios.

It offers an 18–24 month ATRM pathway, with a Sydney-based role requiring a minimum three days in the office each week and broader exposure to client requests and transformation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clients in banking, financial services or another complex service environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to organise competing priorities, follow client requests through to completion and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Practical understanding of transactional banking products, lending or financial markets, or an interest in building this knowledge.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with sound judgement and a focus on improving the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Support bid management, deal flow and sales activity; enablement and coordination.
• Coordinate internal processes, governance, pricing, risk and approvals.
• Manage end-to-end deal lifecycle and stakeholder follow-up; progress new business.
• Possibly manage a small client portfolio and build experience in ATRM pathway.
