Job summary

StoneX is seeking a Client Management Associate to join a dynamic team, handling customer experience across inquiries, trades, and account services. You will provide quotes, support onboarding, and engage clients to uncover financial goals while maintaining high-quality service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong finance knowledge, analytical skills, and fluency in Mandarin with English. A hybrid work model and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to determine minimum maintenance requirements for currency pairs, CFDs, metals, and commodities.
• Ability to calculate liquidation values of offered products.
• Integrity and ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide client support on accounts, policies, services and available products.
• Place trades (Crypto, Spot FX, CFDs, Equities, Commodities) and provide quotes.
• Engage clients to identify financial goals and opportunities to use company services.
• Maintain professional, positive interaction in a fast-paced environment.
