Job summary

MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a respected funeral services provider to recruit a Time & Attendance Administrator based in Rhodes, Sydney. This is a highly transactional role supporting HR, payroll and workforce data with a focus on accuracy.

The 3-month temporary assignment has potential to become permanent, with 4 days in office and 1 day WFH. Working hours are 9:00am–5:00pm, with an immediate start for the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Administration, Payroll Administration, Rostering or workforce administration in high-volume environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy skills.
• Confidence working across multiple systems and databases.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.

Responsibilities

• Process employee and workforce data changes in the Time & Attendance system.
• Manage HR and payroll-related change requests and roster information.
• Maintain employee records across multiple systems to ensure accuracy.
• Provide administrative support within the People Services team.
