Job summary

Catholic Schools Broken Bay invites applications for a HR Administration Officer to support contract preparation, data entry and onboarding during peak recruitment. This temporary full-time role starts 12 October 2026 and runs through 23 April 2027, based in our NSW offices.

You will deliver high-quality customer service to school leaders and staff, manage HR records in the HRIS, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and policy requirements while handling high volumes of data with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of HR Administration experience.
• Completed or working towards an HR qualification (e.g. Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, AHRI certification).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first level contact for requests and queries.
• Administer contracts of employment and maintain HR records.
• Manage onboarding procedures for staff.
• Ensure accurate processing of new hires and changes in HRIS.
• Provide timely and quality advice to leaders and staff.
• Ensure compliance with policy requirements for appointments.
