Saab Australia seeks a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead recruitment operations, governance and service delivery across the Australia business. You will translate strategy into delivery through workforce planning, process optimisation, tech enablement and governance to support executive hiring and critical business needs.

Based Mawson Lakes—Adelaide with flexible start times and the option for one day work from home and a 9-day fortnight.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment operations.
• End-to-end recruitment knowledge and contemporary practices.
• Experience improving recruitment processes, operating models and governance.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS platforms, preferably Workday Recruiting.
• Strong use of recruitment metrics and workforce data to drive outcomes.
• Proven experience leading operational change and governance initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and people leadership skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or related discipline.

• Lead and optimise Talent Acquisition operations, governance and service delivery.
• Drive workforce demand planning, recruitment forecasting and team capacity management.
• Champion Workday Recruiting optimisation, automation and process improvements.
• Develop recruitment reporting, metrics and workforce insights for business decisions.
• Establish and maintain recruitment frameworks, service standards and governance controls.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team focused on customer excellence.
• Manage recruitment suppliers, agency partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
