Saab Australia Pty Ltd is hiring a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead the function’s operational effectiveness across Saab Australia. You will translate strategy into delivery through planning, process improvements, technology enablement and service excellence.

Based in Mawson Lakes–Adelaide with flexible start times, one day work-from-home/9-day fortnight may be considered. You will lead a high-performing TA team, manage supplier relationships and drive data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment operations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and modern practices.
• Experience improving recruitment processes, operating models, and service delivery.
• Experience with enterprise ATS or HRIS, ideally Workday Recruiting.
• Ability to use recruitment metrics and workforce data to drive results.
• Proven experience leading operational change and governance initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and people leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Talent Acquisition operations, governance and service delivery.
• Drive workforce demand planning, recruitment forecasting and team capacity management.
• Champion Workday Recruiting optimisation, automation and process improvements.
• Develop recruitment reporting, metrics and workforce insights to support business decisions.
• Establish and maintain recruitment frameworks, service standards and governance controls.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team focused on customer excellence; manage suppliers and stakeholder relationships.
