Reporting to senior leaders, you will translate priorities into actionable plans, build dashboards and provide data-driven insights to inform workforce

• Experience shaping or supporting organisational strategy.
• Strong planning, governance and KPI tracking ability.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic and annual planning activities, including governance, schedules and documentation.
• Develop and execute organisational strategy and drive business transformation.
• Prepare balanced scorecards, dashboards and performance reporting materials.
