Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a values-driven client in the education sector for a 12-month contract based in Parramatta. The role offers a hybrid model (50% office / 50% WFH), a 70-hour fortnight, and the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders on enterprise-wide strategy initiatives and organisational planning and performance priorities.

The Strategy Analyst focuses on strategic planning, governance, transformation, and stakeholder engagement, reporting to the Head of Enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience developing, shaping, implementing or supporting organisational strategy.
• Experience in complex human services, healthcare, education, community services, government or not-for-profit sectors.
• Strong planning, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support strategic and annual planning activities, governance and documentation.
• Develop and execute organisational strategy across the business.
• Prepare dashboards, KPI tracking and reporting materials.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare strategic insight papers and executive briefing materials.
• Develop planning tools and visual reporting resources.
