Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a Store Space Deployment Floor Planner to join our Sydney team. You will deliver end-to-end optimised floor plans using Blue Yonder and collaborate with stores, suppliers and cross-functional teams to maximise space efficiency.

The role requires data-driven decision making, adherence to Agile practices, and strong stakeholder influence to enhance the in-store customer experience across formats. Hybrid work with three in-office days available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in merchandising, category analysis, or replenishment.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in business/marketing/finance.
• Proficient understanding of Google & Microsoft systems; intermediate Excel functions.

Responsibilities

• Create data-driven floor plans using Blue Yonder to maximise space and maintain standards.
• Manage timelines and adhere to Agile practices in project delivery.
• Collaborate with commercial partners and internal teams to deliver customer-focused experiences.
