Job summary

Woolworths Group in Sydney is seeking a Store Space Deployment Floor Planner to deliver end-to-end optimised floor plans. You will collaborate with Stores, Merchandising and MC&V teams to drive customer-focused space changes and measurable outcomes.

The role requires data interpretation and governance of floor plans, with strong cross-functional collaboration and a focus on timely delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in roles such as Merchandising, Category analytics or Replenishment.
• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Understanding of FMCG/retail processes is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create data-driven floor plans using Blue Yonder Floor Planning to maximize space.
• Manage timelines and Agile ceremonies to deliver floor changes on time.
• Collaborate with commercial partners and internal teams using data-led recommendations.
• Support store renewals/refits and resolve space queries with attention to detail.
• Contribute to team goals and strategic success of space planning.
