Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a Sales Planning Analyst for a hybrid role, based in Bella Vista with 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home. You will manage store-level forecasts, leverage data for events and promotions, and support stock availability across divisions.

The role offers exposure to a national retail technology environment and career development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience with SAP/JDA systems and SQL

Qualifications

• Maintain weekly/daily forecasts at store level across divisions using forecasting methodologies.
• Provide actionable insights within forecasting systems for events, promotions, and seasonality.
• Investigate stock unavailability at store level to support stores and customers.
• Communicate insights clearly to respond to queries from stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Accurately maintain weekly/daily forecasts at store level, across multiple divisions, using forecasting methodologies.
• Using available data, provide actionable insights within forecasting systems for major events, promotions and seasonality.
• Support stores and customers by investigating unavailability of stock at the store level.
• Provide detailed and clear insights to assist queries from various stakeholders within the business.
