Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a Sales Planning Analyst in a hybrid Sydney role. You will forecast store-level sales, manage seasonality effects, and influence store and business outcomes using data-driven insights. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders and experience with SAP/JDA is highly valued.

You will join a team within our Group Replenishment function, focused on ensuring stock accuracy and optimal availability across our Australian retail network.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP & JDA products along with technical systems skills (e.g. SQL) or the ability to learn them.
• Strong understanding of customer behaviour, retail, supply chain, or FMCG, or strong aptitude to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly/daily forecasts at store level across multiple divisions using forecasting methods.
• Provide actionable insights within forecasting systems for major events, promotions and seasonality.
• Support stores and customers by investigating stock unavailability at the store level.
• Provide clear insights to assist queries from stakeholders across the business.
