AECOM is seeking a Technical Director to lead the NSW IAP team in environmental impact assessment across renewable energy, transmission, transport, water and industrial sectors. The role focuses on setting technical direction, building client partnerships and driving growth in Energy and Transport.

You will guide major projects from pursuit to completion, mentor consultants, and ensure EIA processes meet State and Commonwealth requirements while balancing risk and outcomes.

Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering environmental projects in NSW.
• Ability to take on Project Director responsibilities including scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Leadership experience guiding teams and mentoring consultants.
• Strong technical foundation with relevance to EIA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a senior technical leader and strategic adviser to clients across NSW/ANZ.
• Lead and deliver major projects from pursuit to completion, shaping bids and positions.
• Build trusted client partnerships and drive growth across Energy and Transport sectors.
• Mentor consultants and lift technical and commercial confidence within the team.
• Apply deep knowledge of State and Commonwealth EIA requirements while balancing risk.
