Job summary

AECOM is seeking experienced environmental planning professionals to join our growing NSW team. You will lead environmental impact assessments for transport, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects, delivering timely, high-quality analyses and management plans.

We value individuals who drive client relationships, support work winning, and help shape our environmental approvals capability while coordinating resources and schedules across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental planning, approvals and environmental consulting, across transport, energy and infrastructure sectors in NSW.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects, build client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholder engagement.
• Professional accreditation (viewed favourably) and relevant tertiary qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental impact assessments and related analyses for diverse transport, energy and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate resources, budgets and timelines to support project outcomes and team performance.
• Focus on client engagement, business development and growing trusted relationships in environmental consulting.
