Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Platform Operations Lead to oversee a critical Salesforce environment. You will lead senior engineers, drive platform enablement and coordinate major incidents, releases and change governance.

The role is based in Australia with a hybrid work arrangement. A 12-month contract with a 12-month extension option and Baseline or higher security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years leading ICT support teams.
• Experience supporting or managing Salesforce CRM systems.
• Strong capability in process development and documentation.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Senior Platform Engineers supporting a critical enterprise CRM platform.
• Drive Salesforce platform enablement, operational leadership and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate major incident response, releases, testing, CAB activities and change governance.
• Manage vendors and ICT stakeholders while strengthening platform security and resilience.
