Job summary

Talent is seeking a Senior Salesforce Support Engineer to maintain a complex enterprise platform, focusing on stability, supportability and continuous improvement across Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience. The role blends hands-on administration with incident resolution and platform configuration in an Agile environment.

You will investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, manage users and permissions, and contribute to UAT, documentation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Experience supporting and administering enterprise Salesforce environments (Service Cloud, Health Cloud and/or Digital Experience).
Strong Salesforce security skills including user access, permissions and platform controls.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Salesforce incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
Excellent stakeholder engagement with the ability to translate processes into Salesforce configurations.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve complex Level 2 Salesforce incidents with log analysis and root-cause identification.
Administer users, licences, roles, profiles, permission sets and access controls.
Configure and troubleshoot Salesforce functionality and declarative automation (Flows).
Support data management, release impact assessment, UAT, documentation and continuous platform improvement.
