Job summary

RP Infrastructure (RPI) is seeking a Senior Project Manager (or Project Manager) to oversee the large-scale, end-to-end delivery of hospital and healthcare projects from our Sydney office. You will manage scoping of works, design and early works stages, and oversight of contract management and claims.

Qualifications

Experience as Client-Side or Construction PM with Healthcare project experience.
Experience across Education, Civic & Culture, or Industrial sectors is a plus.
Qualifications in PM, Construction, Architecture or Engineering are preferred.

Responsibilities

Overseeing scoping of works, design and early works stages.
Managing the tender and procurement process.
Engaging with contractors and consultants.
Managing the construction/delivery of hospital projects.
Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.
