RP Infrastructure (RPI) is seeking a Senior Project Manager (or Project Manager) to oversee the large-scale, end-to-end delivery of hospital and healthcare projects from our Sydney office. You will manage scoping of works, design and early works stages, and oversight of contract management and claims.

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager (or Project Manager) to oversee the large-scale, end-to-end delivery of hospital and healthcare projects.

Located in our Sydney office, you'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing scoping of works, design and early works stages.
• Managing the tender and procurement process.
• Engaging with contractors and consultants.
• Managing the construction/delivery of hospital projects.
• Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
• Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience as a Client-Side or Construction Project Manager, with Healthcare project experience (ideally within a hospital environment).

Experience in other related sectors, such as Education, Civic & Culture or Industrial will also be considered.

You'll also need:

• Experience working in live environments, understanding the bigger picture of a hospital's operational objectives.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
• Qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
