Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Project Director or senior major-project delivery professional.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or capital works.
• Strong client-side project delivery across the full lifecycle.
• Experience in hospital/health or complex building projects preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within fixed timeframes.
• Commitment to WHS and safety leadership.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Central Coast sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of major hospital projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve time, cost, quality and delivery outcomes.
• Provide expert advice across business cases, planning, design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Manage project budgets, programs, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Establish governance, controls, assurance and executive reporting.
• Lead engagement and negotiation with complex stakeholder groups, including government, health services, consultants, contractors and delivery partners.
• Manage competing stakeholder priorities and drive collaboration towards agreed outcomes.
• Analyse project performance and develop strategies to address cost, schedule, risk and delivery variances.
• Lead effective transition between project stages while maintaining alignment with organisational objectives.
• Champion Work Health & Safety, ensuring safety remains a key priority throughout project delivery.
