Job summary

Capgemini Melbourne, VIC is seeking an experienced SAP Senior Security Consultant to design and implement cutting-edge SAP security solutions, leading large-scale transformation programs and guiding teams.

You will own security architectures, SoD frameworks, and identity lifecycles across ECC to S/4HANA migrations, SAP GRC, IAS/IPS, IAG, IDM, and Fiori, with emphasis on governance, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years SAP Security and Access Governance experience, including leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Hands-on and leadership experience across SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM), SAP IAG, SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS), SAP IDM, SAP Fiori Security, BTP Security, and S/4HANA Security.
• Experience delivering SAP Security workstreams for ECC to S/4HANA migrations, cloud transformations, and SAP RISE programs.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide security architectures, SoD frameworks, and identity lifecycle management solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• SAPI GRC, IDM, IPS/IAS, IAG, and Fiori Security: deliver high-quality security solutions tailored to client needs.
• Design SAP Security Solutions and lead implementation, ensuring data protection and compliance.
• Ensure security solutions comply with audit and governance policies, address vulnerabilities, and maintain robust security practices.
• Lead teams of SAP security professionals, provide guidance and mentorship.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, present solutions, and engage stakeholders in security design.
