Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for LinkedIn Learning, serving Australia and New Zealand. The role drives adoption, education and value realization for customers, aligning with their Learning & Development goals.

You will work closely with sales, product and customer teams to deliver measurable ROI and high satisfaction. The position is a 14-month fixed-term maternity cover with hybrid work from home and an LinkedIn office on select days.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Customer Success, Learning & Development, Product Adoption, Change Management, Account Management, Customer Training, Business Transformation.
• BA/BS or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in learning industry, e-learning or organisational L&D.
• Understanding of basic sales concepts in the corporate sector.
• Excellent organisational, project management and time management skills.
• Excellent presentation skills, both online and live, in large and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: establish senior relationships with new customers and define goals and success measures.
• Nurture: act as trusted advisor to drive product adoption and identify churn risks.
• Renewal & Upsell: support changes to product mix and mitigate churn with tailored plans.
