Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consulting Partner - Appian & Process Automation (Financial Services) to lead and grow the strategic Appian and Process Automation portfolio for a designated Financial Services client.

Serve as the trusted advisor to client executives, drive business growth, identify transformation opportunities, and ensure successful delivery of Appian-led solutions that create measurable business value.

Qualifications

15+ years of technology experience in large-scale transformations.
5+ years in Appian Architecture or CTO advisory roles.
Strong financial services domain expertise across banking, wealth, payments, lending, risk, operations or customer service.
Proven track record of growing strategic client accounts and leading multi-million-dollar transformations.
Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight for Appian programs, ensuring delivery excellence and governance.
Lead discovery and transformation roadmaps, translating client challenges into business-led solutions.
Drive opportunity shaping, value discovery sessions, and business case development.
Develop account growth plans and expand the Appian services portfolio within designated client accounts.
Collaborate with regional teams to expand market presence and alliances.
Represent Infosys at executive forums and client events.
